Shannon is responsible for managing all of Wealth Management for Wilmington Trust’s Connecticut/Westchester & Hudson Valley region, in addition to significant client relationships throughout the U.S. As an executive vice president, Shannon is a senior member of the Wealth leadership team. In this role, she leads a team of professionals to develop customized financial plans, deliver comprehensive wealth management advice, including trust and estate planning, and private banking solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families, entrepreneurs, business owners, and foundations and endowments.

Shannon is a results-driven manager with 25 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, and commercial finance. In 2025, she was  honored with the American Banker’s Most Powerful Women in Banking Top Team award. American Banker annually recognizes five collaborative, majority-women teams for outstanding impact and leadership. In 2024 and 2025, Forbes has featured Shannon in its list of Top Women Wealth Advisors - Best-In-State for New York.* She has been a part of the M&T Bank Wilmington Trust family for over 18 years. Since 2015, she has focused on growing the wealth management business, initially in Private Banking where she managed a team of private bankers throughout the Tri-State region. She began her career in Human Resources with M&T Bank in 2002 and moved into a commercial relationship manager role in the Philadelphia market before relocating to the New York City metro area in 2007. She also worked as a commercial lender for HSBC Bank, N.A. Middle Market in New York City.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in English and communications from the University of Delaware and attended Lebow College of Business at Drexel University. Shannon is an active member of WHOW of NY, Inc., and volunteers in industry-related organizations. Shannon is a multi-year recipient of the  Wilmington Trust Chairman’s Club award, recognized for sales excellence. 

In her free time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her two children’s sporting team events, traveling to Michigan where she grew up, and snow skiing, along with cooking and reading.
