Answering Your Questions About Our New Website Experience
Our strategies & expertise have a new home.
The site looks different, but our commitment to protecting your information remains the same. Your online exchanges are encrypted. Look for these two security indicators on pages displaying your sensitive customer information:
- A lock icon next to our web address
- “https” at the beginning of our web address in your browser
Protecting Your Personal Information:
- Never give out personal information in response to an unsolicited call or email
- Unless you initiate the contact or we are completing an application for you, Wilmington Trust will NOT request your personal information (e.g., account number, Social Security number, or mother's maiden name) through email, U.S. mail, or phone
- Wilmington Trust may request your online username to verify your identity by phone or email; however, we will NOT request your online password
Be Aware of Phishing Attempts:
Wilmington Trust will not send you an email requesting that you click on a hyperlink and enter your login credentials or personal information. If you receive this type of email, please forward it to phishing@mtb.com.
Click the orange CLIENT LOGIN link in the upper right corner of the navigation bar. When you click the link, a new page will render. You are in the right place. Your User ID and Password for logging in are not changing. The only thing that has changed is the visual look and feel.
On your mobile device using a browser, simply click the three horizontal lines to open the navigation screen. The Client Login button is at the bottom of the window.
Our experts are easy to find, you can call or email them directly from the web page of their related expertise.

You can now use the office locator in the grey bar at the bottom of the page to find your nearest office.
