Jenna M. Cohn

Trust Officer

Jenna is responsible for managing the ongoing fiduciary needs of significant personal trust clients throughout the Northeast region. She helps to ensure that each trust is administered in accordance with its specific provisions and prudent fiduciary oversight. Jenna works closely with a team of portfolio managers, legal, and tax professionals to coordinate services for the trust relationships.

During her tenure with Wilmington Trust, Jenna worked directly with the president of Family Wealth, Eastern U.S. Region, in reviewing and analyzing estate plans, researching and writing on legal issues, and collaborating with clients and advisors to provide Wealth Management solutions to individuals, business owners, and families. She worked closely with clients to provide services based on their unique needs, including investment management, planning, trust, and family office services.

Prior to joining Wilmington Trust in 2019, Jenna worked at Abrams Fensterman, LLP where she was responsible for conducting Medicaid Fair Hearings before Administrative Law Judges and drafting legal documents. Prior to going to law school, Jenna worked as a Program Director at Hearthstone Alzheimer Care.

Jenna holds a Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, New York, where she published an article in the Journal of Aging, Longevity, Law, and Policy. Jenna also holds a bachelor’s degree with a gerontology minor from James Madison University, Virginia, and has attended Cannon Trust School as well as the New York Bankers Association’s Trusts & Estates School.
