Pat is responsible for introducing Wilmington Trust’s full array of trust and agency services to corporations and financial institutions throughout the country. She specializes in asset-backed securitizations for services specific to special purpose entities, including those utilized by warehouse financings, hedge funds, private equity, and the commercial real estate industry.
Pat is an active participant in the Structured Finance Association (SFA) and currently serves as chair of their executive committee. She is a frequent speaker in the United States and abroad on a variety of topics relating to the securitization industry, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
Pat is a prior chair of SFA’s Women in Securitization (WiS) initiative, which provides a forum for women in the structured finance space to connect with peers, mentors, and sponsors; to influence industry perceptions and practices; and to facilitate an environment that encourages and promotes the advancement of women. Pat is a board member of the SFA Foundation, and Meals on Wheels Delaware. In addition to serving on the board of SFA, she is a board member of the Cameron Kravitt Foundation, and a trustee and committee member of Christiana Care’s Governance and Nominating Committee.
Pat has been recognized by Delaware Today magazine as one of the top women in business in the state of Delaware. She is active in her community and is a volunteer for a number of local charitable initiatives. Pat holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science from Wilmington University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
