Pat is responsible for introducing Wilmington Trust’s full array of trust and agency services to corporations and financial institutions throughout the country and in several off-shore jurisdictions. She specializes in asset-backed securitizations for all asset classes as well as services specific to special purposes vehicles, including those utilized by hedge funds, private equity, and the commercial real estate industry.
Pat is an active participant in the Structured Finance Industry Group and is a member of its board of directors. She is a past board member of the American Securitization Forum and a previous chair of its Communication and Education Committee. She is a frequent speaker in the United States and abroad on a variety of topics relating to the securitization industry.
Pat co-chairs SFIG’s Women in Securitization (WiS) initiative, which provides a forum for women in the structured finance space to connect with peers, mentors, and sponsors; to influence industry perceptions and practices; and to facilitate an environment that encourages and promotes the advancement of women. Pat is a board member of the SFIG Foundation, a board member of the Cameron Kravitt Foundation, and vice chair of Meals on Wheels Delaware. She also serves on M&T Bank’s Women In Network (WIN) committee. Pat was recognized by Delaware Today magazine as one of the top women in business in the state of Delaware. She is active in her community and is a volunteer for a number of local charitable initiatives.
Pat holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science from Wilmington University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
