Kayleigh is responsible for working in coordination with senior wealth advisors to provide comprehensive wealth management advice to high-net-worth individuals and families, entrepreneurs, and business owners throughout the Eastern U.S. region. She works closely with clients and their advisors to develop financial strategies that seek to help clients meet their current needs and plan for their long-term objectives. Kayleigh also coordinates the various services her clients require based on their unique needs, including investment management, planning, trust, and private banking.

Kayleigh holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and double minors in business administration and legal studies from the University of Delaware. There she participated in UDance all four years, a 12-hour dance marathon dedicated to raising money for children battling cancer. During her time pledging to fight against childhood cancer, she helped raise $7 million, which went directly to The Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation, providing financial aid to families in need.

She came to the bank through the Management Development Program in 2022 and graduated the program in 2023. In the program, she earned the Peoples Favorite Team award and ranked in the top three in a five month long environmental, social, and governance driven innovation competition.

Kayleigh is currently the vice president of the NYC Women’s Leadership Network where she shares the common goal to bring powerful women together across the bank's platform.
