Giuseppe leads all Wealth Management services across the Greater Washington/Central Virginia and Greater Baltimore regions for Wilmington Trust, including estate planning, personal trust, investment management, and private banking for high-net-worth/ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. Wilmington Trust works closely with clients and their advisors to design financial strategies that seek to meet current needs and achieve long-term objectives.

Giuseppe has over 25 years of financial services experience, almost all with M&T Bank. He most recently served as executive vice president and business banking market manager in the Greater NYC area where he led over 65 relationship managers and other leaders across New Jersey, NYC, and Long Island. He also worked in the Greater Washington region for M&T Bank, partnering with the Community Bank.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Maryland at College Park. He completed executive training at Cornell University’s SC Johnson School of Business and the CBA Executive Banking School. Giuseppe is also a graduate of Leadership Montgomery and Leadership Greater Washington.

Giuseppe served on the board of directors for the Meadowlands Chamber of  Commerce in New Jersey and held board seats on various Maryland-based civic organizations, including A Wider Circle, Leadership Montgomery, the Rockville Chamber of Commerce, and the Germantown Chamber.
