Denise is responsible for managing Wilmington Trust’s Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey regions, including all administrative and business development functions for personal trust and estate services, wealth planning, investment management and private banking. In this role, she oversees the  development and coordination of Wealth Management services for families, individuals, and endowments and foundations. Denise and her team work closely with clients and their advisors to develop financial strategies that seek to help clients meet their current needs while considering their long-term objectives.

Denise is a proven leader who has been dedicated to the banking industry for over 30 years. She joined M&T Bank in 2017 and served as the market leader for commercial banking in Philadelphia and South Jersey. Prior to joining M&T, Denise was an executive vice president for PNC, specializing in servicing and leading teams dedicated to diversified portfolios of both privately held and publicly traded companies, primarily in the middle market.

Denise holds bachelor’s degree in education from St. Joseph’s University. She has successfully completed extensive leadership training and development at PNC,  M&T, and Cornell University. 

Denise is actively engaged in the community. She currently serves on the  executive board of the South Jersey Chamber of Commerce, is a board member of Mission Kids, Inc., a child advocacy center in East Norriton, PA, and a board member of the Catholic Partnership Schools in Camden, NJ. Denise is a former member of the board of trustees of Saint Joseph’s University and presently serves as a member of the Real Estate Advisory Board.

She has been recognized with multiple awards for her leadership and career accomplishments. In 2025, she was honored with the American Banker’s Most Powerful Women in Banking Top Team award. American Banker annually recognizes five collaborative, majority-women teams for outstanding impact and leadership. South Jersey Biz named her as one of the Who’s Who in Banking in 2021, as one of the Power 50 Executives in 2019, as an Executive of the Year in 2018, and as one of the Women to Watch in 2010. In 2009, Denise was recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as a Woman of Distinction*.

As part of her active community involvement, St. Joseph’s University recognized Denise with the Alumni Professional Leadership Achievement Award in 2019, and with the Timothy R. Lannon Leadership Award in 2011. In 2017, she was recognized as a Woman of Distinction by the Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey.

Denise is an avid sports fan who has coached youth basketball. She enjoys being a mentor and public speaking on various topics including volunteerism, career mobility, time management, leadership, work/life balance, and winning in sports and life. Denise resides in Cinnaminson, NJ, with her husband, Michael, and daughters, Ashley and Lauren.
