Abby Mrozinski is the head of Global Capital Markets (GCM) at Wilmington Trust. She leads a team of 500 professionals whose mission is to provide the disciplined and transparent execution of complex corporate trust and capital markets solutions to clients worldwide. Abby spearheads efforts essential to the success of the department including identifying and retaining top talent, cultivating deep ties to communities, and developing the ever-expanding geographic footprint and solution offering of the business. Abby is a member of the Operating Committee for M&T Bank.

In 2005, she joined Wilmington Trust as a corporate development analyst, and continued to serve in relationship management, corporate finance and financial planning and analysis roles. In 2018, Abby became the Chief Financial Officer for the Wealth and Institutional Client Services Division and has guided institutional clients for more than 15 years by providing strategic support to deliver results.

Abby is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a bachelor of science in business administration with a focus in finance.

In 2019, Abby was named to the national American Banker Most Powerful Women in Banking: NEXT list, which recognizes the top 15 women in the banking profession, under age 40. She continues to be a leader of driving thoughtful and client-centric outcomes to deliver positive change through her professional career and volunteer efforts in the Wilmington community.

Abby serves on the executive committee for The Tatnall School in Wilmington, DE.
