On the 15th calendar day following the end of each quarter, Wilmington Trust Investment Management, LLC, and Wilmington Brokerage Services Company prepare and distribute an order routing summary report pursuant to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission rule requiring all brokerage firms to make publicly available quarterly reports on their order routing practices. The report provides information on the routing of "non-directed orders" - any order that the client has not specifically instructed to be routed to a particular venue for execution. For these non-directed orders, Wilmington Trust Investment Management has selected the execution venue on behalf of its clients.

Material Aspects of Relationship with Venues
Wilmington Trust Investment Management takes a number of factors into consideration in determining where to send its clients' securities orders, including execution price, price improvement opportunities for its clients, the level of services provided, and the cost of executing orders. Consistent with the overriding principle of best execution for its clients and subject to applicable regulatory requirements, Wilmington Trust Investment Management may receive compensation in the form of a per-share cash payment for directing order flow to selected market makers. Wilmington Trust Investment Management regularly reviews transactions for quality of execution purposes. All orders are executed at prices equal to or better than the displayed national bid/offer prices at the time of execution.
