 What is On-Line Benefits PayViewSM?
On-Line Benefits PayView is a web-based reporting application that provides access to current and historical participant benefit disbursement and tax reporting information.

What information is provided in On-Line Benefits PayView?
By accessing On-Line Benefits PayView, you can:

  • View current and historical participant information as well as year-to-date information.
  • Answer participant inquiries regarding their distribution(s), i.e., check date, check status, mailing address, EFT instructions (when applicable) and deductions.
  • Print and/or download data. Reports available are Check Register Report, Tax Ledger Report and Payment Status Report.

What accounts can I access through On-Line Benefits PayView?
You have access to your accounts from which Wilmington Trust issues benefit payments.

How do I access On-Line Benefits PayView?
If you're an administrator of retirement accounts through Wilmington Trust, you can access On-Line Benefits PayView. Please note that you will need to be registered with our website in order to access this application.

Please follow these instructions:

  1. Log on to wilmingtontrust.com and enter your User ID and password on the home page.
  2. Select PayView in the Take Me To drop-down box, if desired. Click the Go button.

The system will log you into wilmingtontrust.com and display the Financial Summary or the application, depending on what was selected in the Take Me To drop-down box.

Once you're logged in to the site:

  1. Click Financial Summary on the red personal navigation bar (if not already at this location).
  2. Click the PayView link on the Financial Summary.

The system will check your browser level, log you into the PayView application, and open the application in a new browser window.

How do I sign up for On-Line Benefits PayView?
Please contact your Wilmington Trust Relationship Manager and he/she will set you up for On-Line Benefits PayView.

Is the information on On-Line Benefits PayView current?
In some cases, the information is current and real-time. However, in other cases, the currency of information may be delayed one business day due to the timing of our batch processing of the information. If you need to know whether particular information is real-time or is subject to the batch processing timing delay, please contact your Wilmington Trust Relationship Manager.

What is required to access On-Line Benefits PayView?
In order to access On-Line Benefits PayView, you will need:

  • Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5.0 or Mozilla Firefox® browser. ; All browsers must have 128-bit encryption capability, must support JavaScriptTM and must be set to accept cookies.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP).

  • 56 KB/x or higher modem (Required); 768KB/s broadband connection (Recommended)

NOTE: In order to access some reports, you may need file decompression software. Please contact your internal technical support regarding what is available to you.

What is the suggested screen resolution for viewing On-Line Benefits PayView?
Screens will vary depending on browser and PC display settings. The recommended display setting for the desktop is 800 x 600.

Note: To find out what your display settings are:

  1. Go to the Control Panel within Microsoft Windows.
  2. Double click on the display icon and Display properties will appear.
  3. Click on the Settings tab.
  4. In the "Desktop Area" section you'll see your PC's settings.

Is On-Line Benefits PayView secure?
On-Line Benefits PayView has multiple levels of security:

  • Access requires a 128-bit encrypted browser such as Mozilla Firefox® or Microsoft® Internet Explorer. This type of browser scrambles the transmission of information sent between your PC and Wilmington Trust's computer systems. Most browsers display an icon (graphic) such as a key or a lock to represent an encrypted session.
  • Your access to account information is protected by your unique Password. For additional information regarding security and privacy, please review our Security & Privacy Statement.

How often is system maintenance performed?
On-Line Benefits PayView information is updated nightly Monday through Friday from 8 PM until 11 PM ET. Additional system maintenance occurs on Sunday mornings from 1 AM - 7 AM ET. The system will be unavailable during these times.

What should I do if I forget my User ID or password?
If you forget your User ID or password or have any questions regarding your online access, please call our On-Line Services Team at 1-877-982-5483, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM -11 PM ET and Saturday, 9 AM -1 PM ET.

What should I do if I have questions regarding the participant benefit disbursement and tax reporting information that I see in PayView?
If you have questions regarding the participant benefit disbursement and tax reporting information that is displayed to you via PayView or if you need to have additional users at your institution given access, please contact your Wilmington Trust Relationship Manager.
