Matt specializes in helping individuals, business owners, and multigenerational families thrive over the long term, providing customized wealth management solutions. Matt has cultivated relationships with many of Wilmington Trust’s most esteemed multigenerational families, providing an unparalleled level of skill, attention, and trusted guidance for more than 20 years. He partners closely with his clients to assess their needs at every transition, bringing clarity to complex situations and actionable solutions for both financial and lifestyle matters. He takes great pride in fostering long standing relationships with his clients based on trust, respect, and understanding.
A hallmark of Matt’s approach is his ability to work collaboratively with his clients’ outside advisors, creating a transparent partnership that always puts the best interests of his clients at the forefront. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business and economics from the University of Delaware and is a recipient of the Wilmington Trust Chairman’s Club award.
A native Delawarean, Matt enjoys being part of the same close-knit community where many of his clients live and send their children to school. He is an active volunteer at the Boys & Girls Club of Delaware where he can often be found in the kitchen ensuring that everyone gets a nutritious meal at least once a day. He is also a past board member of the March of Dimes and the Delaware Foundation for Reaching Citizens, which supports children with intellectual disabilities.
Matt and his wife are avid athletes, as are their two daughters. He is actively involved with his children’s competitive sporting activities which include soccer, basketball, field hockey, and swimming. Matt is currently serving as vice president of the Concord Soccer Association, a league dedicated to helping rising athletes compete at the local club level.
