Notice from Great Gray Trust Company
Effective April 28, 2023, Great Gray Trust Company, LLC, a Nevada-chartered non-depository trust company, assumed the collective fund business of Wilmington Trust, N.A., and replaced it as trustee to the collective investment funds listed below.
Annual Reports for year-end 2022 will not reflect these changes, but they will be reflected in the next annual reports for year-end 2023.

Each of the above collective investment funds is maintained under a Declaration of Trust that was amended and restated effective April 28, 2023 whereby Wilmington Trust, N.A. assigned all of its right, title and interest to Great Gray Trust Company, LLC (“Great Gray”). Effective June 2, 2023, each of the collective investment funds that include references to Wilmington Trust, WT or WTNA in its name will be updated. View the 2023 Fund Name Changes.
Great Gray Trust Company, LLC intends to file a Form 5500 with the U.S. Department of Labor as a Direct Filing Entity on behalf of each Fund for which Wilmington Trust, N.A. was Trustee as of 12/31/2022. Please see the attached letter regarding 2022 Annual Reports and IRS Form 5500 Filings and the 2022 List of Fund Names, EINs and Plan Numbers.
Effective April 28, 2023, the disclosures below are amended to replace references to Wilmington Trust, N.A. with Great Gray Trust Company, LLC; WTNA Funds with Great Gray Funds; and to otherwise remove reference to M&T Bank.
