Long-standing Commitment to our Communities
Wilmington Trust is invested in the communities where we do business, and has a tradition of helping people in the neighborhoods we serve. Community Programs
We provide support to many local non-profit and charitable organizations, including our on-going support for United Way of Delaware. In addition to funding, local staff members participate in volunteer programs in their communities, dedicating their time to serving the needs of local non-profit organizations.
Financial Education Programs
Wilmington Trust has developed innovative programs to teach financial literacy to adults and children, including many in-school programs. We partner with other organizations to support financial education in our communities.
Environmental Programs
Wilmington Trust has adopted green practices for many of our daily activities. We continue to seek ways to reduce our use of paper, and have annually increased the amount of material we recycle. We also promote the use of hybrid vehicles among our staff members, and offer discounted auto loan rates to clients purchasing hybrid vehicles.
