Fiona leads the Shareholder Representative team as part of Wilmington Trust’s M&A group. She is responsible for ensuring client needs are consistently met and their expectations exceeded. In addition to working directly on transactions and representing shareholders’ interests post-closing, Fiona works to develop operational efficiencies across the team, lead business development for the business line, and pursue product enhancements to keep up with the ever-changing market.

Fiona has a decade of working directly in the M&A shareholder representative, escrow, and payments businesses. Before joining Wilmington Trust, Fiona was a member of the executive team at SRSAcquiom, an M&A professional services company. Prior to that, Fiona worked at a regulatory agency and two boutique law firms.

Fiona holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and English from Pitzer College.
